Work Product Reviews

In some cases, an attorney’s client receives an unfavorable outcome on a psychological evaluation. We offer a critical review of the content of the report and provide an initial opinion as to whether there are errors in methodology, psychological testing, application of research, application of legal or ethical standards, conclusions without basis or evidence, or use of diagnostic criteria.

Trial or Case Consultant

Consultation with an attorney may also include assistance with trial preparation. A forensic psychologist can provide education about the psychological issues in a case, review the work product of a mental health professional, and assist in preparing for direct and cross- examination of expert and lay witnesses.
